Sales Assistant

Responsibility:

· Greeting walk-in customers and offering consultations and assistance;

· Handling customer inquiries, uncovering customer's needs and recommending suitable products and solutions;

· Servicing existing customers, building rapport and gathering customer feedback;

· Ensuring high customer satisfaction and outstanding shopping experience;

· System entry of sales order and coordinate with warehouse for order delivery or customer self-collection;

· Communication and working as a team with across departments to achieve customer satisfaction;

Requirement:

· Diploma/Degree equivalent or above;

· Singapore PR/Citizen/Family Pass LTVP/LTVP+

· Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills;

· Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment;

· Energetic and high level of work commitment with a positive mindset;

· Some sales-related work experience will add advantage;

Other Information:

· 5 days work week (9:00~18：00)；

· Working Address: Bukit Batok;

· Attractive salary package: S$2500~3500 + Performance Allowance
