Production Specialist (CONTRACT : 1 Year) (Tuas)

Job Description

•Perform set-up of the production stations according to the product specifications

•Operate the assigned semi-automatic machines to ensure that quality, production target and efficiency are met per the production schedule.

•Ensure equipment's parameters are within specifications and the products are according to the product specification and BOM.

•Perform troubleshooting and rectification of the machinery.

•Ensure proper in-process check is carried out on the production floor.

•Perform housekeeping.

•Assist the Plant Manager / Production Supervisor in achieving the production target.

•Perform any spare part check/inventory controls.

•Ensure all safety precautions in troubleshooting and operating the machines are strictly adhered.

•To comply with all defined safe work procedures there will be a need to use appropriate PPE provided before operating any equipment or performing any activities.

Requirements

•ITE, NITEC Certification

•Automotive / Chemical industry experience preferred.

•Minimum one year of experience in the manufacturing industry

•Positive attitude, willing to learn and a Team Player

•Qualified Forklift License (additional advantage)

Working Hours

•9am – 6pm (Company transport available at Jurong East MRT pickup at 8.20am)

•1 hour lunch break included.
