Job Description


  • Manage and attend resolution of Customer issues regardless of process of occurrence including Reliability Risk assessments of bracketed materials
  • Track and monitor Customer RMA due to Quality issues
  • Set-up and attend customer meeting / telecon and ensure compliance with respect to agenda
  • Customer Audit presentation for Process Control and Quality issue updates
  • Track and update customer for any regular or special requested customer reports and reliability monitoring
  • Review customer documents, identify gaps for clarification / closure and ensure compliance.
  • Update quality performance presentation and attend meetings
  • Generate and presents Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly reports per Customer account for internal and customer reporting
  • Review and approve Process Control Documents
  • Drive for Process Control Enhancement / Projects per process of concern
  • Monitor and update KPI and initiate improvement plans for items not met
  • Custodians of quality engineering systems for clean-up and audit free database
  • Represent Site quality engineering on any Corporate related Process Control standardization of practices and systems


  • Degree in Engineering
  • 3 years in manufacturing environment, preferably in Package Assembly and Testing
  • Knowledge in Quality Control Tools e.g. FMEA, DOE, FTA
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, preferably in Excel VBA and Power-point
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
