Admin Executive/Asst Manager/Manager

Job Description
  • Finance:
    • Quotation, PO, invoicing, accounts entries in accounting software
    • Finance SOPs, monthly finance reports, payment, claims, bank transactions
    • Support accountant, auditor, tax agent;
  • Admin:
    • Support senior management & ensure well keeping of the office
    • Prepare SOPs, reports, materials, slides, website, social media
    • Plan for meetings, trips, assist in general correspondences
  • Human Resource:
    • Talent recruitments: job ads, benchmarking, partnership, interviews
    • Talent rewards: performance management, recognition and rewards, employee benefits, maintaining employee handbook
    • Talent retention: career development, conducive work environment, training, employee communications
Job Requirements
  1. More than 3 years of experience in any of the domains: finance, HR or admin;
  2. Diploma or Bachelor degree in any discipline;
  3. Willing to learn and take up responsibilities outside your existing comfort zone;
  4. Good computer literacy especially in using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  5. Good commands of both English and Chinese languages (written and spoken) due to the nature of the stakeholder engagements;
  6. Past experience working in high tech companies and / or startups an advantage but not mandatory;
  7. Have good communication skills, high sense of responsibility, strong sense of delivery, and excellent team spirit.
